1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By purchasing a ticket to an event, in-person or virtual, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not purchase a ticket.

2. REFUND POLICY (ALL SALES FINAL)

All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to schedule conflicts, illness, or travel issues. Tickets may be transferred to another attendee up to 7 days prior to the event by contacting support.

3. EVENT CONDUCT

Seo Media LLC reserves the right to remove any attendee from the event without refund if their behavior is deemed disruptive, offensive, or dangerous to other attendees or staff.

4. NO FINANCIAL ADVICE

The information presented by Good Investor is for educational purposes only. Seo Media LLC, Shane Seo, and guest speakers are not financial advisors. Real estate investing involves risk. You are solely responsible for your own financial decisions and due diligence.

5. MEDIA RELEASE

By attending the event, you grant Seo Media LLC permission to capture your image and voice in photographs, video recordings, and audio recordings. You agree that these materials may be used for marketing and promotional purposes without compensation.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seo Media LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your attendance at the event or use of our services.

7. GOVERNING LAW

These terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the State of Georgia.
